At Welddone Metal Works we are committed to the elimination of all injuries and work related illnesses for all personnel associated with our activities. Health and Safety ranks as highly as any other critical aspect of our business and shall form an integral part of all activities undertaken.

Our objective is to create a culture and environment which ensures the health and safety of all personnel through the provision of leadership, resources, processes, education and a demonstrated commitment to this policy.

We shall:

• Promote a culture in which all Welddone Metal Works employees share this commitment
• Provide and maintain safe systems of work where hazards and associated risks are identified and effectively controlled
• Provide competent supervision, education, instruction and information to all personnel
• Ensure all plant, equipment and materials are fit for use and maintained in a safe condition
• Set health and safety targets, monitor performance and ensure continual improvement
• Comply with all relevant industry and legislative requirements
• Involve all employees in the development and implementation of effective programmes and procedures
• Ensure that all our subcontractors and business partners comply with this policy

All of us have the responsibility and accountability to maintain a safe work environment, and identify and manage risks associated with our work. In this way we will achieve health and safety performance of which we can be proud and reach our goal of an injury and illness free workplace
